All in all, Bulk Crap Uninstaller does exactly what it says it does and well. Once it starts uninstalling, you'll need to give the usual confirmations, but otherwise, it's much faster than doing everything by hand. Quiet uninstall only works with programs that have the feature and will install itself in the background.
